La enmienda 8, que prohíbe el asesinato de animales en espectáculos públicos y juegos de azar, entre otros fue aprobada por los votantes Ecuatorianos. La muerte y la crueldad en Ecuador se acaba. Los mismos taurinos consideran que las corridas de toros, y estos espectáculos sin la muerte del animal, no son su tradición y son 'aburridas'. Este espectáculo terminará, este es el golpe más duro que se les puede dar. Así mismo se acabarán las peleas de gallos, las peleas de perros, entre otras.
En cuanto a esta enmienda nos pronunciamos, y estamos totalmente de acuerdo, celebramos que haya ganado el SÍ y Felicitamos al Presidente Rafael Correa, y al pueblo que votó por el Sí. Sólo nos queda esperar un referendo Antitaurino en Colombia, y tomar el Ejemplo de nuestro vecino país.
